Panic starts driving through the city. She can’t decisively tell between zombies and normal people so she keeps to her car as much as she can. As time goes on, the undead waves get thicker, and to move her car forward she actually needs to stop at certain points and kill some zombies. Panic is terrified of the zombies, horrified by the thought that she’s become a killer, angered by the fact that her boyfriend started the fight and is still blaming her, regretful that she didn’t just let it go, and hopeful that he is still safe and sound and able to cope with the zombies like she’s been doing – all at the same time.
